High-Density Rugged Bricks for Below-Plinth & Foundation Work
Chatka Bricks are hard-fired, heavy utility bricks that have undergone intense kiln vitrification. With high density and rugged surface interlocking, they are the contractor’s first choice for underground foundations, drain masonry, and heavy sub-grade work.
Heavy Sub-Structure GradeFoundations and below-plinth walls face constant soil moisture, backfill pressure, and heavy dead loads. Chatka Bricks are fired in the hottest sections of the kiln, resulting in a dense, slightly over-vitrified ceramic body that is extremely hard and resistant to soil acids. While they may feature slight surface irregularities or darker firing blushes that make them unsuitable for fine exposed plaster, their rugged strength and unbeatable economy make them the ultimate choice for underground foundation trenches, soak pits, drainage chambers, and sub-structure retaining walls.
Minimum Order: Tractor-trolley (~1,500 – 2,000 bricks) or dumper truckload (~3,500 – 5,000 bricks).
Dispatches: Fast bulk dispatches across Alwar, Bhiwadi, Behror, and surrounding construction hubs.
Care: Loaded for maximum structural density; site dumping or manual offload available.
Manufacturing with sweet water and selected local clay gives our bricks verified strength and long-term wall stability.
Chatka bricks are drawn from kiln zones where heat is highest, fusing the clay particles into a non-porous, stone-like block.
Unlike ordinary bricks that can soften in waterlogged subsoil, Chatka bricks retain their full structural load-bearing capacity underground.
Supplied directly from kiln floor to foundation trench by dedicated dumpers or tractor trolleys for fast site dumping.

Our flagship 1st Grade red bricks are manufactured from selected Alwar clay pugged exclusively with sweet groundwater. Kiln-fired to optimum vitrification, they deliver dependable compressive strength exceeding 7.5 N/mm² for high-load structural masonry and fine exposed elevations.

LP (Laal Pethi) Bricks are hand-selected for their rich, deep terracotta red coloration and refined face texture. Specially cured for projects where visual aesthetics, architectural character, and exposed brick craftsmanship are central to the design.

2nd Grade Bricks offer solid structural strength and dependable utility at a lower price point. Perfectly suited for internal partition walls, compound enclosures, and utility masonry that will be concealed under plaster.
